15.1.2010
Hi North Steyne Nippers,
Please remember that this Sunday 17th January is the Narrabeen Junior Carnival. If you have missed registration, you can still attend on the day and register as a “late entry”.
I have attached the programme for the Carnival. - to the right under documents
Note that registrations commence at 6.00am.
Please remember that all competitors need to be registered and their arms stamped with their age group.
If you are in a position to help the Age Managers and North Steyne Officials to set up the U8 area, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
There will be 2 North Steyne tents available to parents and competitors. If Age Managers and Parents can also assist with putting up the tents, it would be greatly appreciated.
For all water competitors, if you are unable to transport a board with you on Sunday morning, the North Steyne trailer will be available to have a equipment loaded onto it after water training on Saturday afternoon. The trailer will be taken to Narrabeen on Sunday morning. If you intend to load equipment on the trailer, please email the nipper Gear Steward, Andrew Toll tollyatsurf@yahoo.com to let him know that you will be loading equipment.
It is the responsibility of each competitor to either take a board themselves or load a board onto the trailer.
Any queries regarding the carnival, please contact either Chris Dooley chrisdooley@bigpond.com or Tracey Hare-Boyd traceyhb@bigpond.com

Queenscliff Nippers carnival to the right under documents
Nippers Christmas party Sunday 14th December 2009
Hi Everyone,
Attached is the program for this Sunday’s Queenscliff junior carnival together with the officials’ appointments. We are a bit short on officials again so please let me know if you can help and are not on the list.
All probationary officials are encouraged to attend this Sunday.
Clubs please make sure that you have enough officials on the day, you must supply officials if you have competitors. Clubs also need to make sure that they have people to form the workparty for set up and pack down of delegated areas as per the junior carnival format meeting. Areas of responsibility can be found with the appointments on the attachment.
There is a meeting on Saturday at 5pm on top of the boatshed (south of the club) to discuss conditions and the impacts of the construction zones at queenscliff at the moment. So please get a representative from each club there. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me at this address.
NOTE FOR OFFICIALS: There is an officials get together for all accredited and new probationary officials to be held at Queenscliff surf club this Friday 4th December starting at 7pm. Food and two drinks will be supplied free of charge for people who show their red official’s badge. There will be a list of probationary officials at the door for those who could not be accredited already. A flyer will be sent out later today with the information.
